7 Hills - Swiss Edition

The Churfirsten is a mountain range of 7 peaks between Toggenburg and the Walensee, where the mountain slope runs almost straight into the lake. These 7 mountain peaks can be walked one after the other in a mountain trip of 50km with 4500 altimeters. You can do this tour together or Solo and will be included in the 7 Hills classification.

Programm

Day 1 - Arrival

You will be warmly welcomed in the B&B Spring Inn with an energizing meal. In the evening we run a short round to Ruin Gräpplang. Followed by an instruction on the content of the week.

Day 2 - 7 Gipfel - 14 Lakes

We are going to make a first trip from Flumserberg. We will run the 7 Gipfel lap. Getting used to mountain running again, different types of terrain and immediately taking in 7 mountain peaks

Today we run to the Gonzen and possibly the Alvier as a combination

We take a day off. Or take a short run, and prepare ourselves for the long trail that we will be running tomorrow

Day 5 - 7 Hills

Today you run the 7 Hills. You will successively climb Selun (2205 m), Frümsel (2263 m), Brisi (2279 m), Zuestoll (2235 m), Schibenstoll (2234 m), Hinterrugg (2306 m) and Chäserrugg (2262 m)

Day 6 - Back home

Today is the last day. After a great trip yesterday, we can relax today. Possibly we walk, jog or stumble one last round, before everyone goes home again
